Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Shipping is free within the US. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] and we'll chase it up.
Packaging
Acrylic panels are packed flat with corner protection to survive transit. If a panel arrives cracked or the magnetic lid is misaligned, that's covered under our Refund & Returns Policy — no need to send it back.

We ship to 18 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
