Shipping Policy

Shipping is free within the US. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] and we'll chase it up.
Packaging
Acrylic panels are packed flat with corner protection to survive transit. If a panel arrives cracked or the magnetic lid is misaligned, that's covered under our Refund & Returns Policy — no need to send it back.
Where we ship
We ship to 4 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
